These terms govern your use of the Command Fleet website, account system, and desktop application (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Accounts & trials
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Bring-your-own AI usage
Command Fleet orchestrates third-party coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini) that you authenticate with your own accounts or API keys. Your use of those agents is subject to each provider's terms, and you're responsible for any usage charges they bill.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what's permitted by applicable law. You retain all rights to your code and projects; we claim no ownership of them.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." AI agents can produce incorrect or incomplete code; you're responsible for reviewing changes before merging or deploying them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Command Fleet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
