Command Fleet is built local-first. This policy explains the small amount of data the website and account system handle, and the large amount the desktop app deliberately does not.

The desktop app

The Command Fleet desktop app stores your organizations, workspaces, projects, tasks, and run history on your own computer. Your source code and the contents of your repositories never leave your machine through Command Fleet. API keys you provide are stored in your operating system's credential vault, not in plain text, and are never transmitted to us.

When you dispatch a task, the agent CLI you choose (Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini) communicates with its own provider exactly as it would in your terminal. That interaction is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy, not ours.

This website & your account

To offer accounts, trials, and downloads, we process a limited set of data:

  • Account data: your email address and authentication credentials.
  • Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Basic usage: standard server logs and aggregate analytics to keep the site reliable.

What we don't do

  • We do not upload, read, or store your code or project data.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use your repositories to train any model.

Data retention & your rights

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your account data from our systems; your local app data remains on your machine under your control.
